Confused "?"

I am actually having some difficulty deciding which path to take. I'm stuck in this dire country for at least two years now. Though I am literally working as a nurse, I am actually doing a callcenter job. I've been patiently waiting for the retrogression to be lifted yet up to this time there's no concrete evidence or even a slight proclamation of progress in the US immigration system. I'm keeping my options open and would try Canada particulary British Columbia. I'm not getting any younger so I should be planning my life as early as now. I might get into an era where nurses are no longer needed because of the influx of graduates especially here in the Philippines.

I just lodge my application with CRNBC last month but to my dismay it hasn't reach the appropriate hands up to now because of the stupidity of the Philippine Postal System. My employment reference which I mailed a few days after sending my application was already there. Darn! What a system! I should have not send it through registered mail should I have known earlier that it will turn out like this. I have not had any problems with registered mails before. I have been sending mails to CGFNS for my Certification and CVS yet my correpondents would always arrive on time. I don't know what happened with this filthy little crap. And that guy on the phone explaining that my parcel was flown out of the Philippines last June 24 via China Airlines? I don't care! I mailed it last June 13 and it suppose to reach Canada in 10-12 days. It's already July 2 and my employment reference which should be arriving at a later time was already with the assessor. Grrr!

Will I have to consider these events as a sign that I'm not really intended for Canada? Reading that blog (http://nursenetbc.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html) about the difficulty of a Candian citizen in applying for a nurse position, it dawned on me that I should be thinking twice regarding this application. Hay... should not even be a question. Anyway, I'm already "IN" so better yet finish the process.

**In order for you to afford that $262.50 assessment fee, charged it to one of your lowest interest earning credit card and convert it into a year tenor. (good luck).

**Nevertheless, drink a handful of Dormicum to induce sleep for a hundred years.
